The City Generator concept was a topic first started by one the SCF Moderators Remus Knowles. The idea is to develop a plug-in which can create a city and its infrastructure.
For this new idea SketchUcation has provided a dedicated forum.
Several initiatives for a plug-in have been started here and here.
