This tutorial / case study is about making a kō-ko-gen-hō and judging from the contents it looks complicated to build. The Carpentry Way blog posted this second part of a tutorial to build this kō-ko-gen-hō. The first part can be found here.

Here is a new tutorial by Tim Killen from the Fine Woodworking.com site. Of course this can now also be achieved (and probably much more smoothly) with Fredo6‘s FreeScale 2 tools. Regardless, Tim Killen is a great tutorial author. He’s made some great tutorials which you can find at the Fine Woodworking site as well.
